It helps the different systems of the body. It is healthy for the heart, boosts our immune system, maintains good bone density, improves the flexibility of our joints, increases the blood flow in our brain and passive and active exercises strengthens the muscles of the body. Through doing physical activities we can loose weight and burn fats therefore it decreases the risk for cardiovascular diseases, diabetes mellitus and obesity. It does not only contribute to our physical well being but mental health as well since it can alleviate depression. It is truly beneficial so you might as well get up already and start your day right by exercising.
